Welcome! If you’ve found yourself here, you’ve purchased or read my book, No Bad Dates (don’t have the book yet? Grab your copy here). Before I send you over to the guide, let me tell you a little about what you’ll find there and why I took the time to create it, only to give it away for free.
No Bad Dates was a passion project for me– not only to chronicle my own journey from dating disaster to healthy relating, but also to create a resource of dating advice that actually works. Nowhere in the book do I actually tell you *how* to date. Instead, I tell you the realizations, transformations, and shifts you can make to change your relational reality from the inside out. Because, if you haven’t figured it out already, dating tactics don’t actually work. You can follow every piece of hyper-specific dating advice out there, from how to set up your profile to how soon to text back, but if you haven’t addressed the foundations of your relationships, you’ll still end up in the same, disappointing dynamics you always have– and you’ll sabotage anything different.
That kind of advice has its place, but this is deeper. And because this book is built around deeper work, I wanted to create a place that housed support, resources, and additional exercises to help you tackle the questions and guidance in each chapter of No Bad Dates.
I want you to shift your patterns. I want to empower you to create better relationships. I want to give you the tools you need to find better love. And so, The Guide was born.
